You can self exclude on your DraftKings account via the self-exclusion section found under your profile.
Self-exclusion is located under:
- Account Information in the profile drop-down menu on the desktop version (top right corner).
- Patron Protection Center in the profile section of the app (top left corner).

Applying self-exclusion via the DraftKings app:
1. Log into your DraftKings account on the DraftKings app.
2. Click your profile avatar in the top left corner.
3. Scroll down to Responsible Gaming → select, Patron Protection Center.
4. Select, Self-Exclusion.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page → select the Period of Exclusion you’d prefer, and then click continue.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page → input the last four digits of your SSN and Zip Code, and then click continue.
- Ontario Customers: Customers who self exclude while on the Ontario site experience will be asked to reconfirm their password.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page → review the acknowledgement, once reviewed, click the check box to proceed.
8. Input your electronic signature and then click submit.
Applying self-exclusion via the DraftKings website:
1. Log into your DraftKings account on the DraftKings website.
2. Select Account Information in the drop-down menu from your profile at the top right corner.
3. Click Self Exclusion on the left hand column/rail.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page → select the Period of Exclusion you’d prefer, and then click continue.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page → input the last four digits of your SSN and Zip Code, and then click continue.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page → review the acknowledgement, once reviewed, click the check box to proceed.
7. Input your electronic signature and then click submit.
