How do I fix a mobile web geolocation issue for DraftKings Marketplace? - overview

If you’re experiencing a geolocation issue when trying to access DraftKings Marketplace from mobile web, we recommend turn location permission on/off for your browser: 

iOS

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app. 
  2. Scroll down and tap Privacy then tap Location Services
  3. Scroll down and tap Safari or Google, depending on what you’re using to access DraftKings.
  4. Below Allow Location Access, tap one of the following:
    • While Using the App.
    • Always.
  5. On your iPhone or iPad, open one of the following:
    • Safari app and navigate to https://www.marketplace.draftkings.com/.
      1. Tap the AA next to the lock icon in the address bar. 
      2. Tap Website Settings and tap Location
      3. Below Location, tap one of the following: 
        • Ask.
        • Allow.
      4. Tap Done
    • Google/Chrome app and navigate to https://www.marketplace.draftkings.com/.
      1. Tap your profile photo in the top left corner.
      2. Tap the gear Settings icon and tap Privacy and Security
      3. Tap Location
      4. Tap Location and below Allow Location Access, tap one of the following: 
        • While Using the App.
        • Always.
