How Diamond & Onyx customers resolve commonly found error codes for PayWithMyBank (PWMB) or ACH deposits?

eChecks (ACH) allow you to make secure online payments instantly by just providing your account and routing number that can be found at the bottom of your checks and verified by logging into your bank. 

  • PayWithMyBank Declines
    • The following are the more common PWMB errors you’ll encounter and how to address them:
Cause Solution
Expired token (waited too long) Customer is to be redirected to try again, making sure pop-ups are enabled, and the customer can try manually inputting their bank/PayPal information
Invalid/corrupt split token Customers should be redirected to try again. This typically happens when the customer is using an ad block software and their software blocks the verification window for the player to populate.
Invalid account Remove the bank account from the customer profile. Show the message on the payment method selection page.
Fraud analysis Remove the bank account from the customer profile. Show the message on the payment method selection page.
Internal error or bank request error Show the message on the payment method selection page.
ACHInsufficientFunds Customer should contact their issuing bank
