DraftKings Diamond & Onyx customers are welcome to alter the status of a payment method on their account via two options.
Please review popular options available to customers interested in altering a payment method on their account by contacting Customer Support, the first option available to customers:
- Banned: payment methods on DraftKings accounts can be banned per customer request; otherwise known as deleting a payment method from their account.
- Deposit Only: payment methods on DraftKings accounts can be set to deposit only per customer request.
The second option available to customers interested in deleting saved card information, from the full site:
- Navigate to the My Account page.
- Scroll down to Saved Cards.
- Click Edit, then Delete.
